Robert A. Engel, Esq.
Robert A. Engel has served Materials Design Inc. as its American legal counsel since 2002, and has been a member of the Board since 2007. He became COO in 2010.
Robert has practiced law in Santa Fe, New Mexico for over 30 years, specializing in International Law, Corporate Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, as well as Real Estate and Asset protection and planning.
He received his J.D. from New York University in 1970 and a B.A. cum laude in 1967 from Cornell University.
He enjoys dividing his time between Santa Fe and New York City. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him tending to his art collection, listening to music, reading histories and biographies, or at the gym or the golf course, working on his game. Robert is married, and has two children and two grandchildren.
