We suggest accommodations in the Hotel Ibis Alésia, which should be made no later than May 20th. Given Paris' popularity with tourists in June, there is a chance the Hotel Ibis Alésia will not have accommodations. In this event, there are additional hotels in close proximity to the workshop, including: The Hotel Maine Montparnasse and The Hotel Porte d'Orléans. Should you require assistance in making a reservation, we are happy to help in any way.
On Thursday, June 14th, Materials Design, s.a.r.l. will provide hands-on training with MedeA from 09:00 to 17:00. You will have the chance to interact with our scientific support team while working with selected application examples using the MedeA platform. We will provide coffee breaks as well as a buffet lunch during this all-day event. Given limited classroom space, we urge you to reserve a workstation at your earliest convenience.
On Thursday evening, we invite you to an informal cocktail reception for a chance to mix and mingle with colleagues, hosted at the our Montrouge offices.
On Friday, scientific presentations will discuss applications of the MedeA software platform, theoretical developments and new software features and capabilities. The discussions on Friday provide an excellent opportunity for back-and-forth dialogue with our team, its senior scientists and developers. As with Thursday, coffee and lunch are complimentary.
