Steve is a highly energetic sales and marketing professional with a robust technical background. He has over twenty five years of proven success creating and leading diverse international teams, and building and maintaining mutually rewarding customer relationships. Steve has been with Materials Design, Inc. for nine years and leads the global sales and support activities. Following his Ph.D., Steve worked at IBM Research in San Jose, followed by AT&T Bell Labs optimizing the properties of high-speed electronic packaging materials. He has been promoted to a range of technical, management, and business development positions in subsequent years. As Director of the Polymer Consortium, working with Professor Bruce Eichinger, Steve played a critical role in developing and targeting computational materials science methodologies in the polymer industry.
